*What you’ll be doing: *
The Operations Leader, Healthcare BPO is responsible for the overall strategy of the newly created Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations team. This means that you are responsible for fulfilling the high expectations we set for our client relationships. We want to meet our promises and find new ways to consistently perform. In this role, you will work directly with our marketing and sales team to foster new business opportunities, uncover prospective expansion options, and continuously deepen current client relationships. This role reports to Sr. Vice President, Global Healthcare Operations based out of US. This role can be based out of any major metropolitan location initially.
What you’ll bring to us:
Manage India healthcare BPO unit, charged with various elements of Revenue Cycle Management Operations.
Prepare business plans for new RCM products. Overall development of business operations, broadening the company’s healthcare BPO business.
Develop and maintain strong, positive client relationships with clients by building a bridge to the client and evaluating the opportunities for growth.
Evaluate the results of operations regularly and systematically and report to senior leadership.
Ensure all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Oversee the RCM operations team to ensure a fiscally responsible operation.
What skills you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field. MBA preferred.
At a minimum, 7 years managerial experience in an offshore BPO work environment managing healthcare RCM clients. Related outsourcing operations experience in a global set up preferred
Knowledge of various RCM aspects like Patient access, Coding and Revenue management
Awareness of US Provider market with exposure to payers and PBMs.
Good understanding of managing account financials and ability to do projections, manage costs and profitability directly.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong general management experience including operations, human capital, facilities and financial management
Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client
Strong coaching, people, and leadership skills
Data analysis skills. Technology acumen and reporting
