This position actively supports the Director of Market Planning in the accomplishment of the goals for the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) product suite in the Health Care business unit of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Beyond clinical care, social factors have a significant impact on patient outcomes and are relevant to clients across the spectrum of healthcare. LexisNexis SDOH solutions enables healthcare organizations to proactively improve care management activities. In this role, the Manager will assist in the development of the strategy goals and objectives for the market area and facilitate action in the accomplishment of those goals.Perform the following activities as directed by the Director of Market Planning: * Assist in the development and execution of market planning strategy for the SDOH product suite * Conduct market and competitor research in order to identify trends and implications to the market planning strategy including market sizing and other qualitative and quantitative analyses * Assist in the development of recommendations for new product concepts and existing product modifications in line with the market area strategy * Provide subject matter expertise on the use of SDOH data and scores to improve care delivery and patient outcomes * Leverage experience using SdoH data to work with sales and delivery, ensuring client engagement and satisfaction with our SdoH offering * Facilitate action to accomplish market strategy by working within a matrixed, cross-functional team (finance, product development, marketing, sales, data science, etc.) to execute go to market strategies in the specific market area * Assist in providing and reviewing content for marketing communications and sales training (for collateral material, print advertising, web promotion, direct mail, proposal templates, pitch decks, etc) * Perform the analysis for specific near term market opportunities and the development of business cases, pricing, and other go to market activities for the product * Provide support to Sales and customers including client education on solution line and best practices for use of the products, and gather/document customer feedback for the product line as needed * Perform other duties as requestedQualifications: * Requires a Bachelor's or equivalent experience * Required clinical background; Licensed clinician in nursing or other clinical care setting preferred * Requires a minimum of 5 years professional experience in healthcare; experience in at least one market vertical (Payer, Life Sciences, Provider, Pharmacy) required. * Experience in healthcare data required.
