That's why here, you'll have the freedom to drive change, the trust to find your own path, and the space to explore more.Manager Product Implementation - Healthcare Data Analytics ?This position plays a leadership role in Product Delivery and Quality Control by managing the delivery teams for our fast-growing identity verification and socioeconomic determinants of health product lines. These Implementation Services teams are staffed to handle client implementations of the business' product lines including delivery of core products, solutions, and services. The growing team is focused on providing data and analytical insights to customers across four key health care markets: insurance companies; hospital systems; life sciences organizations and retail pharmacy. This role will have the opportunity to serve as a product and market expert with our clients and will be expected to manage implementations for the most complex and strategic customers.The incumbent will manage specific Implementation Services teams, look across products to improve implementations, assist with implementing and monitoring metrics to ensure we're meeting client expectations, and deliver robust reporting illustrating the Implementation Services productivity. Additionally, this role will play a critical role in continuing to expand our professional services within the identity management space for our health care markets. * Lead and supervise team of implementation and analytical solution consultants. Ensure Implementation Services teams are appropriately staffed and trained to work with clients to determine the appropriate parameters for products during pilots and implementation * implement new product delivery implementation and quality control methods and trainings for teams. * Develops, monitors and improves KPIs focused on team productivity and client satisfaction. * Develops and provides feedback on client facing materials. * Presents project results, implementation times to clients, * Consults with functional leadership on the development and implementation of product delivery plans. Address with team any significant fluctuations in initiative data on regular basis. Reviews project status, risks and issues with Project Manager and assures appropriate resolution and communication as needed. Develops documentation support and training for teams around rollout and implementation plans for new and existing products * Assist Sales in developing implementation options to present to prospective customer. * Work with Product Management on identifying appropriate product level support for implementation teams. Viewed as product implementation and quality control expert by clients and senior management and team members * Proactively develop product and market expertise for self and team members through on the job experience, trainings and peer coaching. * Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships with peers across different functional teams. * Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sourcesQualifications * Bachelor's Degree Required. Master's Degree Preferred MBA, MPH, MHA * 4-7 years' experience in client facing roles, experience in public record or health care data and analytics preferred * 2-3 years people management experience preferred * Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel * Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere * Strong analytical skill-set and ability to effectively use data
