Georgia Employer MARKETING MANAGER - HEALTHCARE in Alpharetta, Georgia

The Health Care Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing activities for the market(s) supported to drive awareness, lead generation, thought leadership and sales enablement. This role is responsible for strategic content marketing execution across all levels of planning, production, distribution, socializing, and performance measurement for our Health Care vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing internal advocacy for the brand as well as energizing its presentation externally. This person will work hand in hand with marketing colleagues, the sales organization and business leaders to ensure brand positioning and cross market messaging resonates well in each market we serve. The candidate must have proven expertise in the ability to effectively communicate, network and stimulate engagement with this audience across multiple media formats. Accountabilities * Help identify high impact brand advertising and promotion opportunities, managing the associated creative and execution * Work with marketing groups to help align and support vertical message development to overarching core brand messaging and visual presentation style * Manage execution of strategic plans, providing regular updates * Facilitate production of brand and cross market campaigns * Help direct the adoption of our brand in the US healthcare market * Manage periodic brand, customer and topical research projects * Generate content for customer-facing events (tradeshows, conferences, customer advisory councils, etc.) to enhance our presence, relevancy and interaction with customers and prospects * Work with sales organization to align marketing activities to support sales motions * Understand and leverage marketing mix to drive awareness, demand and thought leadership for core capabilities and solutions * Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare summaries for key meetings * Proactively socialize content to drive engagement and provide stimuli for ongoing conversationsQualifications * 4-year college degree preferably in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred * A minimum of 7 years in-depth experience in brand marketing, including campaign management * General healthcare knowledge, particularly marketing technology solutions to hospitals/health systems, preferred * Business to business marketing experience * Experience with a CRM system (such as Salesforce), with marketing software (such as Eloqua or Marketo), wand with creative packages (such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) preferred. * Experience with Google Analytics or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred. * Experience in visual identity standards and guidelines * Ability to message brand effectively around business issues and customer impact, both externally and internally * Ability to review marketing metrics and assess underlying drivers to gauge and optimize performance * Demonstrated ability to drive demand/lead generation strategies and campaign to increase top of funnel sales leads through to nurturing and lead-to-opportunity conversion * Experience managing and working with external agencies to accomplish project deliverables * Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines * Solid strategic skills as well as tactical expertise * Superb written and verbal communication skills * Experience with budget ownership and management * Ability to work independently as well as across a matrixed organizationWe are an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
