Using platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI, the analyst manipulates internal and external data to create dashboards and data visualizations that provide actionable information to executive leadership, operational leaders, staff, customers and key stakeholders.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSCollaborates with data team, Task Leads and management as needed for process, contract and/or project executionCreates key process indicators including both process and outcome measures and monitors performance, operations management and process improvementPerforms data cleaning, data transformation, data extraction and data modeling functionsPerforms evaluation and reporting functions using data provided by customers, health care providers and staffDesign data collection, measurement and visualization tools based upon business requirementsDocument evaluation and analytic processesAssesses and analyzes health information and prepares written reports, executive summaries and/or presentations of results appropriate for a non-technical audienceOther tasks and special projects as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESKnowledgeable about quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies and measurement toolsKnowledgeable about health care process improvement methodologies, evaluation and measurement techniquesFamiliarity with government healthcare programs (i.e., Medicare and Medicaid) and public health policiesAdvanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office analytic tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and AccessKnowledge of univariate and bivariate statistical testingKnowledge of SurveyMonkey and ability to design and develop surveysAbility to think creatively, analyze problems, and find innovative approaches to problem resolution.Must be detail oriented and self-directed, able to maintain confidentiality of information, work well with individuals at all levels, and be flexible in work assignments.Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization in verbal and written formats, including ability to present information internally and externallyKnowledge of team skills and project managementAbility to organize work, manage time and projectsAbility to write informative, concise reportsAbility to express ideas` and convey information quickly and effectively.Must be able to travel as needed "driving" and/or "going on airplane to customer locations or meetings"EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAININGRequired:Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or quantitative field of study;Master's degree in Business, Statistics or Healthcare Management; and3 or more years of experience analyzing healthcare information, including and not limited to survey, univariate and bivariate statistical testingPreferred Experience:SAS, R or Python experience a plusSalesforce or Power BI experience a plusThis position is...
