AnalyticsSolution Associate - Healthcare AnalyticsWho You'll Work WithYou will be based in our Atlanta, Vancouver, Dallas or Waltham office as part of our non-government payors team, which is a subset of our Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) practice.Within the practice, our team helps the practice leverage a big-data analytics platform that includes 100 terabytes of integrated claim, encounter, clinical, consumer, and other data. The team consists of 300 dedicated experts with industry, advanced analytics, statistics, clinical, and software expertise, all of whom workto serve healthcare clients around the world.The Non-government payers team provides unique data, expert insights and advanced analytics capabilities to the US private health insurance market through product, pricing and sales levers.What You'll DoYou will help develop analytics tools to assist our clients.You will gain deep exposure to our non-government payers domain proprietary assets and actively engage with domain leadership (private equity, payer, provider and public sector) to build assets/capabilities and participate in our near-term investment focus areas. You will be a core member of our Solution Leadership team and will contribute to knowledge and capability-building by working closely with the non-government team to develop our next generation tools using advanced analytics. You will collaborate with internal/external colleagues to maintain and develop assets and solutions. You will serve as a translator to communicate value and use cases for assets and solutions (analytics tools) to client service team.
