Zones, LLC Healthcare Account Manager in Auburn, Washington

Description Position at ZonesPosition OverviewAs a Healthcare Account Manager, you will manage relationships with U.S. based clients to grow and maintain their IT business with Zones. You will represent Zones, our capabilities and yourself to our both prospective and established clients to ensure that they view Zones as a single source for all their IT needs in a Healthcare setting. You will partner with field sellers and technical specialists to sell solutions to meet revenue and margin targets while coordinating resources to ensure your clients receive high quality fulfillment of their products and services needs.We are temporarily remote, but this position will become a hybrid role with some days work from home and some days in office. Required Experience & Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or other STEM related field are beneficial and are encouraged to applyPractice strategic relationship management for each client and prospect at every level to become a proactive and trusted partner and establish Zones as an extension of the client's IT departmentBe a partner to your clients to help them digitize, reduce their costs, and increase customer satisfactionSales Cadence; consistency in sales cadence including customer interaction / communication, account plans, selling solutions, customer growthBusiness Relationships: confident and able to establish strong relationships with key vendors and partners to support solution sellingEmbrace using a CRM System for strategic pipeline managementDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, goal orientated, and a strong ability to learnExcellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone Preferred Requirements:3+ years Sales experience working with / at an IT reseller, pharmaceutical or life sciences companies, or other healthcare technology provider.Candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact well with groups, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with little supervision.Experience in dealing with multiple lines of business and the ability to navigate to new decision makers every dayIT Industry experience - specifically selling in any/all of the following solutionsProducts, Solutions, and Services:Core IT products and solutions including workplace modernizationSoftware and CloudAdvanced
