This Position is eligible for a Sign-on Bonus of up to $5,000.00.


Manages the review and analysis of proposed and final Federal and State rulemaking and regulatory guidance affecting publicly-funded health programs. The Manager of Regulatory Affairs develops related position documents, collaborates with Government Relations and other stakeholders on advocacy strategies, and develops and oversees strategies for implementing and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree healthcare, government or political science or equivalent education and experience required.

  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.

  • Five years of professional work experience in a healthcare/managed care regulatory environment preferred.

  • Managed care experience strongly preferred.

Other Skills:

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, word processing, spreadsheets, charts, creating presentations.
