We seek to add Practice Leaders who share our vision and passion for designing and implementing technology ecosystems that shape the experience and efficiency of spaces across several focus markets. This individual will be a key member of the leadership team working to shape our strategic direction, partnering with leading healthcare executives, and developing offerings to deliver differentiated offering for administrators, healthcare providers, and patients.

Job Responsibilities:

For the S2N Practice Leader, Healthcare we seek a highly entrepreneurial executive to spearhead specific initiatives building our presence and working relationships with key healthcare partners nationally. This individual will be responsible for positioning themselves as a critical resource for C-Suite healthcare leaders to innovate, define, and solve problems through strategic planning, design, and integration of relevant technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, guide, and direct key practice initiatives including offerings, marketing, and business development

  • Develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of industry-wide trends and challenges facing healthcare administrators by participating in forums, developing key knowledge pools, and speaking with clients and potential clients

  • Positioned as a go-to partner for c-level hospitals executives for utilizing technology in addressing key challenges in the framework of new build of assets or renovation of existing spaces

  • Coordinate with internal SMEs to shape the development and execution of scopes and continue to support the work throughout its execution

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial leader with experience in healthcare

  • 15+ years overall experience with track record in business development or advisory roles working directly with senior executives

  • Familiarity with technology system planning, design or integration a plus

  • Highly skilled at identifying customer problems and creatively scoping solutions addressing the issues

  • Comfortable communicating and influencing at all levels of an organization, internally and externally

  • Success working in a highly complex go-to-market environment

  • Proven ability to cultivate and deliver profitable relationships

  • Undergraduate degree required, post-graduate a plus
