As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. Your Role and Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities:
The Project Director/Principal Investigator is responsible for providing high-level management and leadership for Federal clients. Project components include data collection, processing, analysis, research, and support activities. Provide guidance and leadership for staff, and meet with clients to review needs, progress, and plan for future work. Mentor other staff in analysis, research or other areas.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years’ experience as a health researcher with a history of published research articles in peer reviewed publications.
10+ years’ experience managing a large-scale complex project using health care data to conduct research, directing multiple simultaneous tasks, and overseeing technical components in a timely and efficient manner.
10+ years’ of project management skills, including budget management, cost control, flexibility, and strong oral and written skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years’ experience leading and managing federal government contracts or subcontracts for HHS agencies.
Strong quantitative and technical skills and concrete knowledge of analytic methods.
Experience mentoring analytic staff.
