They will represent a highly specialized portfolio of Stericycle's Speciality Accounts. This role will manage and nurture existing relationships , while optimizing the revenue potential and operational performance. The Healthcare Speciality Manager develops and implements a short - and long - term plan to drive growth of specific targets aligned to their service offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills, contract negotiation,and knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Compliance and Regulatory laws. The ideal candidate is motivated by solving business problems on behalf of prospective clients and ultimately driving the adoption of Stericycle's medical speciality solutions.Key Job Activities:* Maintains and develop existing customers through appropriate and ethical methods in order to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction and retention.* Actively identifies opportunities to introduce additional services, thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each customer's business portfolio.* Proactively conducts outbound customer outreach calls weekly.* Proactively conducts strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis in order to review service needs and usage trends.* Understand and empathize with the unique business needs of prospective clients; quickly build credibility and rapport with prospective clients through in-person meetings and via phone and e-mail.* Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.* Enter and maintain accurate information in and follow pipeline guidelines and expectations.* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.* Education equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or the equivalent in related work experience. Master's Degree and/ or PhD in Healthcare, Epidemiology, Public Health or other relevant fields is strongly preferred.*Knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Compliance and Regulatory laws strongly preferred.* A minimum of 10+ years of full-time quota-carrying with large scale, enterprise sales experience and experience selling into large enterprise healthcare. Existing relationships with national healthcare accounts is a plus.* Wide range of proven sales techniques, with mastery of consultative selling approach.* Sound knowledge of Stericycle's services, value propositions, and competitive advantages.* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals and ability to relate with and sell to C-level stakeholders and across business units; successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes.* Accountability for results and consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.* Strong ability to influence and stimulate others to action; engages commitment from others and collaborates to achieve results.* Viewed by the Stericycle organization as a leader, capable of harnessing internal resources to assist in the pursuit, building of solutions, and solving problems.* Adept at multi-tasking and handling multiple, simultaneous, and competing initiatives at a high productivity level; operates with a sense of urgency
