Ensure the growth of Pfizer business in area or territory that has been assigned, with implement of approved strategies and use the allocated resources optimally.
'* Make sure the monthly sales target is achieved.
Construct the sales plans (forecast) for every product and outlets (in pareto) in the assigned area.
Set the Monthly Call Plan (MCP).
Do the presentation to explain and promote the products that he/she is in charge.
Make Daily Call to doctors who meet the set standards of Daily Call.
Make visit to the drugstores 40 times a month.
Do the planned marketing program.
Make classification of doctors based on products, which refer to WMP (Win, Defend, Expand & Future) concepts.
Make Quarterly Regular Review towards every doctor within TML (Territory Master List), which refer to WMP concept.
Construct the HCR Monthly Sales to be reported to Field Manager every beginning of the month.
Construct Monthly Expense Report (advance, up country, phone fee, marketing program, etc.) through PT&E.
Do the Quarterly Business Review with Field Manager.
Set the Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Implement the Sales Operation activities with fully integrity, based of SOP and Compliance Standard that have been set by the company.
Make sure that all administrative activities which related to Customer have aligned with MAPP policy.
