Job Description

SR DELIVERY MANAGER-HEALTHCARE REIMBURSEMENT (VA)

The Sr. Manager, Delivery is responsible for leading the delivery of the customer contract and relationship as a strategic partner to meet contractual obligations and provide best in class service delivery operations. Driving contractual performance measures and operational profitability. Overall function/account governance and adherence

This position is in Chesapeake, VA and cannot be remote/virtual

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provides leadership to managers and senior professional staff

  • Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans and contribute to the development of strategy

  • Requires comprehensive understanding of the reimbursement/payer business

  • Deep understanding around co-pay services, prior authorization, pharmacy & insurance verification benefit protocols

  • Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems

  • Drives the overall unit performance to meet SLAs, adhere to business unit metrics and accomplish account performance

  • Drives the management of the employee teams

  • Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Generates reports on performance measurement and KPIs

  • Oversees and manages client projects

  • Enhance the content and quality of client reports, records, and claims

  • Advise clients regarding reimbursement matters and strategies

  • Lead and participate in business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Scientific or Healthcare Bachelor’s D highly desired. Master’s a plus

  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical or contact center management experience preferred

  • A min of ten (10+) years of healthcare contact center management (inbound/outbound), reimbursement processes and reimbursement HUB, co-pay and payer consulting experience required

  • National professional services firm exp highly desired

  • Technically savvy and familiar with client CRM platforms

  • Expertise in project management of reimbursement consulting services required

  • Sound judgment with ability to manage risk effectively

  • Superior communication skills

  • A minimum of five (5+) years of management experience

  • Must be client-satisfaction oriented

  • Must be patient centric oriented

  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a large team

  • Creative problem solver

  • Must be currently eligible to work for any employer in the United States
