Position Summary:

The Operations Associate will report to the Operations Director of the practice and will interact with the Practice Leader, Managing Directors, staff as well as various contacts in Corporate departments (Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Resource Management, etc.)  The Analyst will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and distribution of internal financial and operational reports as well as perform ad hoc analysis, assist with special projects and support other operational and financial processes as necessary. 

Job Details:

Operational engagement management, planning and budgeting, expense management and revenue forecasting

Provide timely reporting against actual results

Assist in the development of a forward looking practice forecast

Manage non-chargeable expenses and report variances against the annual plan

Maintain an up-to-date backlog analysis


Bachelors Degree is required; Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Exceptional computer skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly, work independently, and meet deadlines

Proficient Excel skills. 

Strong organizational skills.

Experience in a team environment.

Experience in a consulting industry is preferred, or in a similar environment.
