Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focused sales of Conduent’s Healthcare offerings to Healthcare Payers.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and introduce solutions from Conduent’s collective portfolio to address current or anticipated needs.  (Proven experience creating value for clients.)

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with senior level / c-suite executives.

  • Champion internal collaboration and coordinate resources necessary to execute on the identified client strategy.

  • Support all stages of the sales process, ultimately achieving or exceeding identified sales targets.

  • Participate in Account Planning activities and Quarterly Business Reviews. Act as a steward for good business.

  • Maintain accurate account detail in CRM (Salesforce.com) including keeping client contacts up-to-date, activities, opportunities and all documents relating to opportunities.

  • Work with customers of a greater contract scope, magnitude, and deal complexity that may contains multiple capabilities

  • Trains and mentors junior Sales Business Development individuals

  • Prospects both new and established territories

  • Develops own lead generation and maintains a stable pipeline of prospects as well as new deals that will be secured

  • Develops a business plan, account planning, market strategy & planning, and forecasting through SalesForce.Com.

  • Leverages Subject Matter Experts as part of securing deals in order to understand client requirements and provide client confidence in execution

  • Responsible for securing New Logos (new clients) and expanding New Capabilities within existing customers

  • Responsible for growing our Annual Contract Value and Total Contract Values

  • Undertakes greater challenges with building pipelines around larger size quota expectations

Required:

  • 5+ years of enterprise business process Sales experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in selling services to health plans and MCOs

  • Highly motivated sales professional with deep desire to succeed and grow professionally and financially.

  • Demonstrated success in new logo sales, building up an account and substantially growing the share of wallet.

  • Proven track record of finding and connecting with prospective business stakeholders and executives within target organizations.

  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen.

  • Strong business analytical skills, relationship management and collaboration skills.

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships at senior levels in client organizations.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in Healthcare Payer, TPA, Claims Processing, Care Management, Provider Networks, and Member Services preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
