Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage ambulatory practice operational performance improvement activities
Ability to provide oversight for ambulatory practice performance management, departments, and resources during a critical transition period
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills required to synthesize complex data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and trends to deliver on project objectives and address client needs and business objectives
Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills to understand client needs, set clear direction, develop key deliverables, and present with impact to stakeholders
Demonstrated change management expertise and experience positively influencing change in a variety of complex environments
Team Leadership experience including building talent, direct supervisory experience, coaching, mentorship and performance management
Current U.S. work authorization required
Bachelor’s Degree required in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated success as a leader of complex ambulatory practice initiatives focused in process reengineering and/or department management, preferably in a professional services or hospital/clinic environment
Interested in a flexible, hourly, project-based work arrangement
Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday) and work extended hours as necessary
