Summary:

Facebook seeks an experienced Marketing Manager who is passionate about making Healthcare (OTC & Pharma) marketers successful on Facebook and our family of apps and services. The successful candidate must have strong experience building, managing and executing marketing programs in a fast-paced company. He or she must thrive in cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent positioning and prioritization skills.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead Business Marketing for Facebook advertising and platform capabilities to Pharma and Health Care OTC clients.

  2. Develop strategic positioning and content for the vertical based on market assessment, analysis, and understanding of client and company priorities.

  3. Develop vertical marketing plans that drive business relationships, solution adoption, scale, and revenue.

  4. Own and lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns coordinating with cross-functional partners including Sales, Industry, Events, PR, Product Marketing, and Measurement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 8+ years of experience in Health, whether directly at Life Sciences Company, technology provider, media or creative agency in Account Service/Strategy

  3. Experience working in a regulated health industry, e.g. Pharma, health-tech, biotech etc.

  4. Experience translating sales objectives to marketing strategies, storytelling and project management

  5. Experience communicating product information into language built for messaging channels, and in a manner understandable to the health industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in business/enterprise marketing throughout the paid and owned media ecosystem
