Browse the products, spaces and research here:As a Regional Healthcare Manager (RHM), you are considered the healthcare business and clinical expert within a defined region and are accountable for key wins in the healthcare vertical to achieve revenue goals through our distribution network. You will stay abreast on healthcare trends and issues and identify opportunities to apply our research and insights for both administrative and clinical spaces. You will develop deep business relationships with dealers, healthcare clients and key influencers to secure product specifications and close profitable sales. You will be based in the Cincinnati area, covering an assigned larger geographic region. Primary activities:1.Ownership of 3-5 large Healthcare account relationships in the region2.Driving clinical sales for the geography, within and outside of owned accounts 3.Overall Business Development for the Healthcare vertical; seeking ways to grow business inside existing accounts and targeting competitive businessA critical component of this role is managing through distribution and longer, complex selling cycles. You will act as designated design, technical or clinical product expert as needed, and act as a coach/mentor for other team members and dealer sales professionals to ensure market/account plans are executed and business is secured.You have an evident passion for Healthcare and demonstrate:Desire and track record of solving complex business problemsBroad understanding of healthcare market and navigating decision makers within hospital systemsCurrent knowledge of the processes and key issues common to all businesses with emphasis on healthcare facilitiesExpert interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and cultivate strong relationships.Self-motivated, self-directed and willing to accept responsibility for resultsSets high goals and standards for self and others in the organizationSelf-starter; committed to excellence: accuracy in work and attention to detailStrong team leadership skills; necessary for coordination of large projects using a multi-disciplined team approachOutstanding organizational and time management skillsDemonstrates Steelcase, Inc. three key behaviors: "Be Smart, Be Disciplined and Be Explicit."Desired Experience & Education:The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales or design background in Healthcare and/or Interiors and a Bachelor's degree.
