ImplementationAssociate - Healthcare ImplementationQualificationsBachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)5 to 10 years' work experience in designing solutions, business processes, operating models and leading large implementation programs crossing multiple functions in one, or a variety of industriesKnowledge of continuous process improvement tools including data analytics, lean methodologies, six sigma and agile and related techniques is strongly preferredSuperior problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentSkills to communicate complex ideas effectivelyComfort with extensive travelA major advantage would be experience with digital transformation of end-to-end journeys at scale, using multiple levers/ technologies in a cohesive way Who You'll Work WithYou'll be working with McKinsey Implementation - a rapidly growing capability for our firm - in one of our offices in North America. As a member of MI, you'll work closely with our client project teams, providing end-to-end support to ensure the clients are able to deliver and sustain the full benefits of McKinsey's recommended changes. In this role you will work on the best teams to help the best organizations in the world - in private, public, and social sectors - solve their most difficult problems. What You'll DoYou ensure that clients achieve bottom-line results by working with them from project initiation through implementation.You will execute the strategy and tactics in existing businesses and in building new businesses. This compensation range is specific to individuals applying to work in our Denver office and takes into account a number of factors. A reasonable estimate of the range for this role is $165,000 - $165,000.
