Location:For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44145ABOUT THE JOBThe Consumer Consultant will work closely with the Consumer Healthcare Leader to drive healthcare revenue across Enterprise Key consistent with the Bank the Business, Owner and Employees Strategy. This will be a multi-faceted responsibility encompassing marketing, data and analytics, competitor analysis as well as acting as a primary contact to drive collaboration and coordination among different Line of Businesses across Key.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSDevelopment and Execution of strategic prioritiesExecutes on strategic priorities as it relates to the acquisition, deepening and retention of clients, field support and or innovation initiatives. For example: 1. Develop a streamlined healthcare sales playbook consistent with banking the business, owner and employee strategic priority; 2. Update and manage a healthcare resource library; 3. Assist with monthly or quarterly sales calls (organize and develop material); 4. Prepare local marketing materials (i.e. highlight tombstones); 5. Research local markets for leads (i.e. COIs, large physician or dental practices)Provides client analytics and potential client acquisition and deepening strategies by leveraging internal client data and external market researchLeads and coordinates client acquisition and deepening strategies across different lines of business and support partners across Key; partners closely with Consumer Healthcare Leader to drive consistent collaboration among different lines of businessCoordinates client treatment scenarios as needed to support initiativesDrives cross-functional implementation teams including but not limited to internal team members, support partners, and vendors to ensure successful execution of complex medium to large-scale initiatives (e.g. work closely with marketing to assist on national healthcare strategy)Ensures initiatives are executed according to on time and quality delivery requirementsMeasuring success/competitor and industry analysisManages the tracking and communication of progress against business goals (e.g. manage healthcare pipeline across footprint with identified healthcare teams and lead/manage reporting and analysis on healthcare efforts)Reviews progress, decisions, and unusual situations with senior managementKeeps up to date on industry and competitor best practicesAdditional Responsibilities:Support Key@Work and Key4Women program initiatives as needed at the direction of the Consumer Healthcare and Alternative Channels LeaderREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 7 years' experience in financial servicesDemonstrated multiple project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementationDemonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skillsDemonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales forceSuperior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levelsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with support partners and influence a geographically diverse sales teamsSuperior knowledgeable of financial products (e.g. deposit & credit products, investments, etc.)COMPETENCIES Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business partner strategy; Financial acumenCommunication: Strong written and verbal skills; beginning to develop ability to organize information in clear, consistent format; Capacity to develop ability to articulate a clear, well-thought out message and formal delivery; Minimal skills in creating PowerPoint presentationsLeadership: Able to work independently under general
