CoverMyMeds' network includes 75 percent of electronic health record systems (EHRs), 50,000+ pharmacies, 750,000 providers and most health plans and PBMs. The Director of Commercial Capabilities and Training will support the CoverMyMeds business in key sales, commercialization and training activities. Along with your team, you will design and execute the plan for selling skills (Product Knowledge, Business Acumen & Customer Engagement) & building sales capabilities needed by the Segment or BU. In this role you will work closely with Segment stakeholders to align the plan, calendar & resources to achieve organizational strategic priorities. With a focus on the development of a culture of continuous improvement, this role will introduce impact measured analytics to demonstrate a scale of success of learning and development (L & D) delivery and to inform future L & D activities and demonstrate sales ROI.Key contributions will include:Developing and delivering training needs (incl New Hire, Transfer) and other selling skills training aligned with the Segment Capability Plan. Manage the design, development and delivery of a range of integrated learning and development solutions.Coordinate with the Commercialization Services team to match available resources with Segment training needs.Input & consulting with Sales Ops team to ensure field & marketing selling skills resources are effective & impactful. This includes partnering to maximize impact of the Emerging Biopharma group, Solution Consulting and Proposal teams. Partnering with Field teams to improve Selling Skills. This will include delivery of such events as workshops, team best practice sharing, National Sales Conference and other necessary activities that build commercial capabilities of our full team Coaching others on team training skills and utilizing expertise in Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles. Ability to apply judgement, creativity and flexibility to generate new and innovative ideas and approaches.Contribute to the commercialization solutions leadership team and interface with senior level stakeholders in the Commercialization Services Segment.Responsible for content & delivery at major events such as Fast Starts, National Sales Meetings, Selling Skills events & Product Launches. This includes creation of materials & approval via the Copy Approval process.Subject Matter Expertise (via training / certification) to represent and pull through key initiatives /skills and as aligned to AA&A Drive collaboration and best practice sharing amongst various teams.Deliver training in preparation for Product Launches & develop a certification process for products relevant to our strategic promoted products. This training is provided to many levels of the Organization from Senior Sales / Marketing Leaders to our Field Teams. The breadth of training expands all levels within our Commercial TeamDevelop expertise in Standardization, Project Management and Business Improvement skill sets.
