Working here is your opportunity to shape an industry that's vital to us all.Reporting to the VP Of Provider Engagement, the Regional Account Manager is a Senior Specialist role who is responsible for executing against GPO performance objective within a region. The role is a subject matter expert who works collaboratively with identified group of Onmark Oncology practices and Sales teams to implement processes and procedures that ensure the delivery of high-quality comprehensive GPO engagements. Additionally, this role must work collaboratively with Clinical Services, Analytics, and Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID) teams to ensure full potential within a complex healthcare environment.Responsible for executing against GPO performance objective for a set group of highly engaged strategic customers within a regionWorks directly with key practice stakeholders to identify success factors and strategies to drive enhanced performance on the Onmark Oncology contract portfolio. Responsible for Optimization activity that deliver against those objectives.Executes against quarterly Coordinated Aggregate buy-in strategies working with multiple groups to ensure success.Build content and delivery of Quarterly Business ReviewsParticipates in cross functional projects to improve value, innovate offerings, streamline efficiencies, and improve customer experience.Work collaboratively with Sales, Clinical Specialist Teams, MID, and other internal stakeholders to drive contract performance and provider engagement with the GPO Services business.Provide key performance indicator information and other metrics demonstrating Onmark/Unity contract and membership performance.Supports sales facing contract training and alignment effortsSupports Regional distribution sales in new business development effortsParticipation in manufacturer meetings.Minimum Requirements5+ years relevant healthcare experience - Oncology preferred3+ years sales experience preferredCritical SkillsBachelors degree required (in Business, Management Science, Mathematics or Economics)Over 5 years of experience in leadership, business analysis, and strategy development in management consulting, technology, or consumer-packaged goods environment.Previous Group Purchasing Organization experience is a plusHealthcare experience required, specifically Oncology experience highly preferredAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills requiredStrong service selling, service delivery and client relationship skills.Additional Knowledge & SkillsPrevious experience working with or for pharmaceutical manufacturers is a plusOu
