Mary T Inc Human Resource Manager - Healthcare in Coon Rapids, Minnesota

Mary T Inc. is currently looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our productive team. This role will be onsite in Coon Rapids and will join a team of 9 supporting Mary T. Inc. The Position: This person will be supporting and leading multiple focus areas of HR. You will lead a team focusing on HRIS, Benefits, and Employee Relations. This is an established team that works hard to produce quality support for the organization. Reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's human resources policies, procedures and practices Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on personnel matters Develops and maintains a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information needs Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures Schedule: Monday - Friday standard business hours What we have to offer you: $60,000 - $70,000 salary Full Benefits at 30 hours a week 401(k) Match - Newly Increased!
