RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, a 24 bed hospital attached memory care skilled nursing facility, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

RiverView Care Center is currently seeking applicants for a full-time (64 hours every 2 weeks) Universal Healthcare Worker position. The position will work a combination of Nursing Assistant shifts and Activity Aide shifts. Shifts may vary between, 4, 8 and 12 hour shifts, primarily working p.m. shifts and includes working every other weekend, as well as every other holiday. Wage range is $15.87 - $22.22 and starting wage is based on previous work experience and includes additional shift differential pay for working the p.m. shift.
State of Minnesota Registered Nursing Assistant and American Heart CPR certifications are required; if not registered or certified training will be provided. These must be obtained within 4 months of date of hire or employment will be terminated.
