Integrative Emergency Services Regional Sales Representative - Healthcare Industry in Dallas, Texas

Position Summary

This position is responsible for identifying and closing sales with health systems for IES business lines including, but not limited to, ED, trauma, intensivists. This position is responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages a focused sales plan aligned with strategic growth initiatives. Delivers effective sales proposals to key client stakeholders. Identifies and closes sales for IES business lines.

  • Executes and maintains sales activities and pipelines. Manages a full life-cycle sales process, including, prospecting, presenting, and closing. Delivers new business and maintains a strong, sustainable, and diversified growth pipeline of potential clients.

  • Build strong client relationships & establish executive credibility with key stakeholders. Become a trusted resource with the ability to influence and develop long-term relationships. Be a thought leader for potential clients through up-to-date industry knowledge and trends.

  • Identifies, develops, and leads the delivery of appropriate solutions through the analysis of client needs.

  • Achieves sales targets each year. Solicits and responds to RFPs, coordinates and/or leads finalist presentations. Leads proposal development to assure optimum positioning of IES capabilities

  • Participates in professional and industry events

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements/Specifications

Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of healthcare sales experience in the hospital setting

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Contracts and negotiations experience

  • Demonstrated success in building strong, collaborative relationships and effectively communicating and influencing a variety of senior business leaders, subject matter experts, and other internal/external partners.

  • Effective collaboration and strong external relationship building ability

Preferred:

  • Prior sales experience in Emergency Medicine physician practice management strongly preferred

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Language Skills

  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

  • Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds

  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
