ImplementationAssociate - Healthcare ImplementationQualificationsBachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)5 to 10 years' work experience in designing solutions, businessprocesses, operating models and leading large implementation programscrossing multiple functions in one, or a variety of industriesKnowledge of continuous process improvement tools including data analytics,lean methodologies, six sigma and agile and related techniques is stronglypreferredSuperior problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentSkills to communicate complex ideas effectivelyComfort with extensive travelA major advantage would be experience with digital transformation ofend-to-end journeys at scale, using multiple levers/ technologies in acohesive wayWho You'll Work WithYou'll be working with McKinsey Implementation - a rapidly growingcapability for our firm - in one of our offices in North America. As a memberof MI, you'll work closely with our client project teams, providingend-to-end support to ensure the clients are able to deliver and sustain thefull benefits of McKinsey's recommended changes. In this role you will workon the best teams to help the best organizations in the world - in private,public, and social sectors - solve their most difficult problems.What You'll DoYou ensure that clients achieve bottom-line results by working with them fromproject initiation through implementation.You will execute the strategy and tactics in existing businesses and inbuilding new businesses.
