Global Service Resources, Inc.,a leading Healthcare staffing company has an opening for Medical Technologist/ Chemistryat our local client location in Detroit, MI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, related science or clinical discipline, or Canadian degree in clinical discipline and completion of an accredited Technologist program. 2. Registry Eligible or registered by ASCP, Canadian CSMLS, National Certifying Agency or AMT. 3. Knowledge of complex clinical testing procedures, equipment and standards. Knowledge of Beckman Power Express Line, AU680, DXI, and Centaur analyzers is desirable.13 Week contract
Description:
Under general supervision, performs quantitative and qualitative laboratory test on patient specimens according to standard laboratory formulas and procedures. Analyzes test results and prepares samples for testing. Calculates test findings and maintains records. Prepares and determines validity of solutions, reagents, media stains and various materials in the testing process.
