Ricoh Americas Corporation Portfolio Specialist - Healthcare (Remote) in Exton, Pennsylvania

*This position can be based out of RICOH's office in Exton, PA or remotely within Eastern or Central time zone preferred.

POSITION PROFILE

Work with the Sr. Manager, Portfolio Management to develop and manage all aspects of the portfolio marketing strategy in alignment with GTM team. Ensure the portfolio achieves or exceeds performance goals by implementing sales, marketing, and promotion strategies. Ensure the portfolio remains competitive and compelling through-out its life cycle.

Work with Sr. Manager, Portfolio Management to provide market trend and competitive data. Align with Solutions managers regarding portfolio components and competitive intelligence. Implement a market development program to aid in solution development and market seeding.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research – responsible for analyzing data to identify market trends and issues. Communicating the results in a clear compelling manner. Ensure solution development teams incorporate the finding into solutions, resulting in more customer centric solutions/offering.

  • Market Development – Establish and implement a mechanism to drive solution awareness and market feedback. Ensure feedback influences solution development. Track program success its effect on early adoption of new solutions.

  • Select the Ricoh core products that will have the greatest fit in the targeted market. Ensure products have compelling market position and drive incremental revenue from a new market.

  • Help develop positioning documents to ensure new solution offering drive customer value. Ensure products address a customer’s problem and that the targeted customers are motivated to address the problem.

  • Work with solutions managers and partner managers to ensure the portfolio remains competitive.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university

  • 2 years of successful product management experience.

  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical capabilities to benefits are a mustUnderstanding of market and related channels

  • Must have healthcare background
