Provides leadership and guidance to direct reports. Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities for a project. Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs. Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Implements Prevevntitve maintenance procedures in allignment with (JCAHO)The Joint Commision. Lead and develop direct reports conducting performance reviews, manage team in implementing assett management to include assett tagging. Ability to manage Profit loss statement and balance.

Manages all TDIndustries Facilities Management Services (FMS) employees.
Schedules crews and selects qualified employees to perform site work according to facility agreements or contracts.
Initiates, directs and monitors the performance of FMS staff. Takes appropriate disciplinary action(s) and maintains site discipline.
Performs root cause analysis on incidents.
Create and develop corrective and preventative action task.
Implement continuous improvement activities that by performing risk assessments.
Ensures contract terms and conditions alignment, monitors monthly performance, and provides results on monthly reports.
Ability to create and manage profit and loss statements.
Prepares proposals for additions, deletions and changes to the contract scope as requested by customer.
Ensure compliance to both local, state, and regulatory specifications.
Develop team members through training and development activities.
Accurately conduct performance reviews of staff to ensure alignment to business needs.
Identifies communications opportunities and resolves conflicts between the customer and contractors.
Oversees and fosters customer satisfaction activities within the project(s).
Responds to emergency calls, working with police, fire and emergency service crews to protect company property and employees.
Tracks, analyzes and trends project costs and other measurables.
Ensures the work crew follows all company safety practices and fully utilizes assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) each work day.
Performs at least a monthly quality and safety walk-through the entire site with a customer direct report.
Reviews and approves, as authorized, all expenditures for materials, tools, equipment, supplies and subcontracts.
Ability to create SOP’s
A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in facilities management.
5+ years Accute care/hospital/Medical clinic management.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) is strongly preferred.
CFM,PMP,FMP,CHFM certification preferred.
Demonstrated work history showing increased responsibility and professional growth.
Strong organization skills and participative management style desired.
Excellent math, verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to operate a personal computer and learn to use related company software products including Microsoft Office.
