As Senior Marketing Coordinator under our healthcare business sector, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the promotional strategy for our growing healthcare membership and ancillary products. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for Acute Care, you’ll work closely with our product and sales teams to execute highly targeted and sophisticated campaigns to identify prospects and build our pipeline. The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring cross-platform campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively, aligned with audience needs, market trends and in accordance with the goals and priorities of all lines of business across the organization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Convert strategy and marketing goals into compelling copy and promotional material by developing concise and engaging content for a variety of marketing campaigns
Manage, organize, and facilitate execution of marketing campaigns including: Email marketing, direct mail, interactive/web marketing, sales webinars, telemarketing and advertising efforts (SEO, SEM, and social)
Coordinate marketing of external tradeshows.
Partner cross-functionally to develop content and ensure smooth product development/rollout and audience growth
Analyze ROI on marketing tactics and refine promotional plans on a continuous basis
Partner with marketing operations to manage list maintenance and improve the efficacy of targeted marketing for tracking online/offline conversion rates, prospect lists, opt out rates, etc.
Track sales revenue to ensure budgetary goals are met
Additional duties as assigned
Highly organized with ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with other internal stakeholders and high-powered clients
Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
Experience in B2B and/or product marketing preferred
Experience with Marketing Automation tools and processes a plus, specifically IBM Marketing Cloud
Working knowledge of HTML a plus
Basic knowledge of Wordpress a plus
3-5 years of marketing experience
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
