Job Description:

Core Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for sales in medium size hospitals in non-metros

  • Position is based out of Jaipur (Rajasthan)

  • Handle Rajasthan State

  • Manage a team of contract sales reps to drive sales across the territories

  • Work with channel partners to drive sales across the territory

  • Ensure sales management process is followed in detail with clear pipeline/opportunity management, result oriented approach, and drive team reviews effectively

  • Visit key hospital accounts in territory and conduct programs with variety of customers in hospitals

  • Ensure clear reporting of sales & strategy of expansion in territory with senior management

Establishment and Achievement of Objectives:

  • Understands sales goals and assists manager in establishing business plan.

  • Coordinates efforts in order to fulfill monthly, quarterly and annual objectives. Reassesses objectives and obstacles with manager as necessary. Achieves annual sales targets and objectives.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Learns and applies business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans.

  • Utilizes selling process to achieve sales results. Demonstrates knowledge and use of social selling tools to create connections with Industry and Customers.

  • Learns to demonstrate and train external customers on product applications.

Coordination and Planning:

  • Learns to plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities. Works within budget guidelines.


  • Maintains and communicates account and prospect information, maintains company resources, sales support materials, sales rep team expenses & incentives.


  • Develops and establishes relationships with accounts and prospects. Accepts direction as appropriate. Gives direction to sales rep team in accordance with strategic direction of division


  • Continuously expected to learn and improve skills relative to the market, managing large teams, channel partners, products, applications, selling, administrative, and other skills.


  • Learns and applies the business unit's sales policies, practices and procedures.
