State of Georgia COVID Operations Resulting Team Healthcare Support Worker in Gwinnett, Georgia
_Job Summary:_
Will provide support coverage for COVID-19 Epidemiology response throughout in Gwinnett, Newton, & Rockdale counties. Duties include: conducting patient/facility interviews, assisting with Epidemiologic investigations with assistance, data entry, record review, answering client questions, and providing results and disease control guidance. Duties may also include assisting with SPOC and/or vaccination operations. Additional duties as needed.__
_Job requirements:_Must be willing to work onsite and willing to support outdoor operations as needed. Operational hours may include Monday-Sunday 7:00am-8:00pm.
Temporary COVID Response position. Continuation dependent on COVID funding.
_Minimum Qualifications:_
High School Diploma
_Preferred Qualifications:_
Customer Service Experience
1 year work experience in a clinical setting
Bilingual
Ability to work 40 hours per week
