The Clinical Organization in the P&G German Innovation Center (Schwalbach am Taunus) is seeking a CSC (clinical study coordinator)/ CTM (clinical trial manager) with an education in a life science or healthcare profession to join our international team.
As CSC/CTM you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of clinical studies for the Baby & Feminine Care organizations within the R&D (Research and Development) team. These studies generate key product safety and technical performance data for skin-based claims and for the credentialing of our products and brands. The planning and conduct of study work will be done in an international cross-functional team.
The role involves hands-on skin measurements on adults and infants in the Clinical Skin Laboratory (BSL1 facility) and will require you to handle privacy data from subjects.
Assisting the Clinical Scientist and Product Safety and Regulatory teams by preparing dossiers and summaries will be part of your responsibility, too. This is significant work for Medical Device Regulations (MDR) and compliance for Medical Device Products sold in the EU.
Role responsibilities:
Work in a state-of-the-art skin lab with study subjects of all ages
Run daily skin lab operations and maintain measuring equipment
Handle recruitment databases and subject data
Help write clinical protocols, study reports and medical dossiers
Update clinical study files and archive clinical data
Be a strong collaborator and partner within our internal multifunctional teams based in US and Germany and with our external global partners.
Qualifications required:
Completed training/apprenticeship in a healthcare profession (e.g. nurse, medical assistant, caregiver, etc.) or as a specialist in cosmetics/wellness/hairdressing. Alternatively, 3-year bachelor’s degree in life sciences (e.g. Microbiology, Biomedicine, etc.)
Experience in the clinical research field is an advantage (doctor’s office, CRO, etc.)
Interest in continuous learning via training-on-the-job as well as in internal education
good written and verbal communication (English and German).
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, organization and good team skills
