Senior Living Properties LLC Regional Sales Manager - Skilled Healthcare in Houston, Texas

SLP is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager with previous experience in skilled and long term care. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will provide management, leadership, motivation, and education of a territory based sales team and skilled nursing center teams.  It will also be important that you develop a strong working relationship with hospital CEO's, attending physicians, hospital case managers and discharge planners via outside sales calls, conversations, education and follow-up.  Duties include sales presentations to hospital CEO's, physicians, and hospital case managers, customer service and sales training, referral generation and census management.  Successful candidate must be highly motivated with excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.  Availability to travel each week is a must. This position will cover centers and area sales team in the Houston and Palestine surrounding areas. Qualifications: * Previous skilled health care sales experience a must. * Sales and community relations experience preferred. * Excellent presentation skills. * Organizational skills required. * Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payor sources preferred. * Must have proven skills in working independently; self-motivated, self-directed, goal-directed, and goal oriented. * Formal sales training preferred. * Must relate professionally to other employees at all levels of SLP. * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written format. * Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with multiple and various people and organizations externally.
