Job Description

Experienced Office Administrative Coordinator, knowledge of Microsoft Office, associated Microsoft software, Soarian, Allscripts, and GECB Billing and AIA documents with including project controls, coordinate and maintaining the administrative and financial reporting, preferred (Full-Time Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm / Various Hours, Including Rotating 1-2 late shift and weekends based on operational needs)

Job Description

Coordinates diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinates diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Greeting and directing visitors; Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages; Scheduling appointments/meetings; Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing; Taking meeting minutes; Collecting payments; Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office;

Job Qualification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
