Healthcare Customer Service Rep - $300 Sign-on Bonus
The Customer Support Associate I position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Advisors will handle inbound calls to assist in helping and educating health insurance exchange members. For example insurance benefits, eligibility, claims inquiries, provider look-ups, status checks, and application status. Agents will be responsible to provide first call resolution with accurate, courteous, and informative responses to the members. In some cases, calls will involve problem-solving skills to resolve the member’s inquiries.
Advisors are expected, but are not limited to, comply with government requirements for healthcare (ex. HIPAA verification), probing questions to define customer needs/concerns, providing accurate and complete responses to members in a easily understood language, educating members on benefits of their plan and self-service options for 24/7 support.
$11/Hr. + Annual Evaluations & Monthly Bonuses (based on attendance and performance)

Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience preferred
Must complete Background Check
Courteous with strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate
Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
