The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for a HR Shared Services Onboarding and Recruiting Coordinator – Healthcare. This position supports clients in the Healthcare market by serving as a single point of contact between the G4S HR Center (as well as field office HR teams) and third-party credentialing services. The Coordinator will be responsible for training HR teams on the third-party submission process and, as needed, support field teams with the tracking and submission of required documentation. As a result, the Coordinator must have a clear understanding of the onboarding process and thorough comprehension of background screening reports, drug screening results, medical records, and other onboarding material (e.g., digital and paper forms and/or policy acknowledgments that may be scanned in directly from our field offices or provided by applicants on an as needed basis). The Coordinator will work with field HR teams to ensure all required information has been collected, analyzed, validated, and properly uploaded to the third-party credentialing site as quickly as possible. The Coordinator will support transitions and heavy hire situations by deploying directly to the affected market to assist local HR staff. This position requires the handling of sensitive and confidential information for which confidentiality is a nonnegotiable job requirement.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Make phone contact with candidates and schedule interviews based upon interview schedule provided; document outcome of contact attempts with candidates; document interview invites in ATS for both candidate and interviewer

  • Conduct system-based assertive recruiting efforts to include email blasts, Career Center resume search, Indeed resume search

  • Applicant management; gather additional information from candidates when applications are complete; schedule additional interviews, if required; initiate next-steps for processing applicants who have accepted job offers

  • Set up applicants in Healthcare credentialing system; data entry into eDHP credentialing system

  • Analyze an applicant’s credentialing and onboarding forms for accuracy and completeness

  • Communicate effectively in person or via phone, email, and/or fax to expeditiously obtain required information when necessary

  • Coordinate with field offices for credentialing process training and support

  • Track status of outstanding tasks for each applicant and determine if additional guidance or escalation is necessary

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Data entry into the credentialing database

  • Serve as a single POC between third-party credentialing service and G4S HR teams

  • Perform other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer service, shared services, or administrative support in a fast-paced, professional, large business environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences with an ability to work discretely on a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues

  • Work history demonstrating a strong mastery of the following:

  • Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong focus on customer service

  • Ability to compile, sort, and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multitask

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to seek input at appropriate points

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States

  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law

  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment: Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures

Major or special activity: Working on PC or Chromebook while sitting

Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching.
