This position is located in Lancaster, PA. Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a variety of clerical duties for department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Answer telephone, screen calls, take and/or relay messages and provide appropriate information according to established policies.
Greet guests, ascertain their needs and provide appropriate information.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:
Open, sort, prioritize and distribute incoming mail.
Perform data entry.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Previous experience as a receptionist.
- The position requires the ability to attend to more than one aspect of a situation simultaneously. It is highly likely that multiple task demands are going to be required of the individual at the same time.
