Responsibilities
The Corporate Services Director will be a credible HR subject matter expert focused on delivering HR focused programs at our healthcare provider clients that need to drive alignment and consolidate enterprise support functions across the Human Resources vertical and hire to retire process (talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, change management). S/he communicates our value proposition and builds strong relationships with our healthcare clients. S/he will champion the execution of integrated transformational HR programs that work across our healthcare clients to drive performance and results.
The Director will participate in business development and relationship management activities for Guidehouse Healthcare clients and prospects and provide leadership for structuring and integrating the Human Resources offering to serve client needs.
Practice & Content Leadership
Proactively helps healthcare provider clients define the plan and manage projects to standardize operating performance, substantially increase quality and service levels and demonstrate a significant cost advantage by consolidating/aligning/centralizing HR services across the organization
Lead the discovery, design and deploy from business function perspective in HRIS, data and performance analytics and ERP
Lead the development/identifying new business opportunities, as well as a history of managing team resources to grow the business.
Work with our clients to sustain HR Shared Services that achieve tangible results across the continuum (patient outcomes, profitability, performance)
Client Relationship Management
Actively manage a portfolio of client engagements and consulting staff assuring all contractual targets and deliverables are met
Across active engagements, strategize with consultant teams on project approach, facilitating communications, and managing risk
Drive quality and standards of work product. Ensure superior engagement quality
Maintain strong relationships with C-level contacts at client healthcare organizations
Develop and instill best practices throughout the organization
New Business Development
Serve as a thought leader in the public domain and assist in building the Guidehouse Healthcare brand
Leverage the firm’s existing healthcare industry relationships and develop new relationships to develop new clients and expand existing client relationships
Be personally engaged in growing the Corporate/Shared Services practice with a focus on HR at a rate of $1M in annual new business for the firm
Consulting Staff Leadership
Training and on-boarding of new consultants
Contribute to the development of a positive and performance oriented culture
Qualifications
Requirements
A minimum of 15+ years of increasing responsibility in healthcare industry and consulting combined with a strong focus on Human Resources Shared Services
Demonstrated track record in business development, client management and measurable results for clients in health care services. With continuous success selling and delivering $2.5 million plus annually strongly preferred
Proven experience developing client relationships including current and prospective clients, ability to assess and define their needs, position relevant products and services to address their requirements and play a key role in securing new business for the firm
Recognized as a thought leader and frequent speaker in the Human Resources Shared Services arena
Outstanding written and oral communication skills including public speaking for large and small groups, the ability to leverage the written word in a clear, concise and compelling manner as a tool for communication and persuasion
5-10 years of proven experience successfully managing complex projects in a consulting (preferable) environment within timeline, scope and budget
Demonstrated experience as health system administrator/operator or consultant designing and delivering consulting services/solutions many of which encompass strategy, people, process and technology, with an emphasis on delivering centralized operational solutions
Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
The highest levels of professional and personal integrity
A four year college degree accredited school is required - MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

Preferred Skills
Health System Executive a plus
Action-oriented, results -oriented, "take charge" attitude, capable of developing a strong business case for client action and the skills to bring those to close.
Strong executive presence and professional image and presentation (advanced us Microsoft tools)
A team player; a highly collaborative, team-oriented process.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in value-based payment arrangements such as Medicare Advantage/Managed Care, risk contracting, shared savings arrangements, and/or post- acute care consulting
Additional Requirements

This position is open to candidate virtually from EST, CST, PST time zone as well as AZ, UT.
