The Healthcareer Product Managers primary focus will be on innovation and growth; this role will own the vision and product strategy for new, innovative products in the healthcare education and training market. The position is responsible for the creation and execution of product solutions from idea to market to ongoing adoption, usage and profitability. The position defines, launches, and builds profitable product solutions and ensures the solutions are developed to the feature and price specifications that each target market segment demands.? The Heathcareer Product Manager is responsible for the achievement of growth objectives including revenue, profitability, market share, customer satisfaction and ROI.?

Job Responsibilities:

n

? Develop an effective product strategy and solution development plan, supported by profitable business cases for new products and services.

n

? Evaluate market needs, competitive environment and other information relevant to product development and revision.

n

? Drive the overall execution of product lifecycle management including strategy, development, launch, maintenance of products/solutions in all markets as part of a cross functional business team.

? Coordinate pricing for products and solutions in consideration of the strategy to ensure profitable growth.

n

? Facilitate the development and implementation of company-wide go-to market plan, by working with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

? Collaborate on internal and external product message, marketing materials, and product launch.

n

? Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and implementation of products meets revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

n

? Identify and respond to mark t need for product enhancement and versioning.

n

? Contribute to the long-term NHA Product Development Plan, including enhancements, maintenance, and innovation.

? Achieve solution set financial and growth targets

n

? Identify possible third party partner?s specific to business unit roadmap needs and are critical to providing a complete solution for prospects and customers.

Education and Experience:

n

? Bachelor?s degree in related field; Master?s degree in a related field is preferred.

n

? Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in a product management, product strategy, or product development role.

n

? Experience working in various development environments. Scaled agile framework experience preferred.

? Strong understanding of business financial metrics, including profit and loss.

n

? Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and goals.

? Proven ability to build momentum for new products across sales, marketing, and operations organizations.
