This role is crucial to helping lead the Idaho market in bending the cost curve and changing the health insurance industry.&br&&br&&b&To be considered for this opportunity, you have the following:&/b&&br&&br&&b&Experience: &/b&Minimum of 6 years health industry experience&br&&br&&b&Education: &/b&Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)&br&&br&&b&We'd also love it if you had:&/b&&br&&br&&ul&&li&&br&Relationship building and communication acuity including positive executive level interaction experiences and an ability to engage in challenging conversations.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Experienced identifying competitive threats, defensive measures, and supporting the development of future strategic response and innovation options.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Excellent digital literacy, demonstrating fluency with all key packages.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Written, oral and presentation skills vital to successfully influencing senior executives.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.&br&&/li&&/ul&&br&&br&&b&Here's what your day may look like:&/b&&br&&br&&ul&&li&&br&Develop an expertise and a working knowledge of each affordability solution that BCI offers to its clients and market segments.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Be informed about solutions that are in the development pipeline.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Engage and advise clients of solutions available through our company, knowing what solutions each client and market segment is currently utilizing.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Advise client analytics and account management teams as to which solutions are the best for a client's (or market segment's) specific problem statements, objectives, and circumstances, including potential limitations, gaps, or scope issues.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Ensures a strong partnership with client analytics team and account management teams.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Markets and sellsitches solutions to clients and market segments.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Consults with clients and account management teams on existing solutions to answer questions, resolve concerns, and troubleshoot problems.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Collaborates with other solution teams.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Partner with business leaders and teams to scope, define and coordinate initiatives in support of business innovation and strategy, as well as serve as an internal consultant to department leaders on the development and refinement of strategic plans.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Develop and communicate corporate level strategies and innovation opportunities to executives that may include new business opportunities and competitive positioning.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Understand the market, competitive landscape, trends and customer needs to help expand our footprint and inform the product roadmap.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Collaborate, advise and advocate for customers and assist with adoption of new solutions to achieve desired outcomes.&br&&/li&&li&&br&Assemble high level requirements for new and existing solutions based on deep customer engagement, data, and analytics.&br&&/li&&/ul&&br&&br&&b&Reasonable accommodations&/b&&br&&br&To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
