The Solutions Consultant - Healthcare is both a Healthcare domain expert and Workforce Management product expert that sells through consultative relationship building and targeted software product demonstrations. This role navigates complex functional and sometimes technical related topics and works creatively with our software to craft solutions that address healthcare's problems and then presents these solutions to challenging audiences.

This remote opportunity can be based anywhere in the US, ideally in the central or eastern region, near a major airport. 75% travel expected post-COVID.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as Zebra Saas product andhealthcaredemonstration expert in support ofhealthcaresales efforts in the US and Canada.

  • Deep understanding ofWFM (forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, and analytics) particularly inhealthcare. The SC- Healthcareposition requires experience, creativity, and calculation to be able to map solutions to customer business problems.

  • Experience in conducting discovery and needs analysis sessions that expose the business pain as well as the value opportunity of potential customers. Research including online, financial, and relationship networks should be leveraged to maximize discovery engagements.

  • Configure and deliver product demonstrations using Zebra SaaS solutions that meet the business needs of ourhealthcareprospects.

  • Position the Zebra value proposition as part of our overall business solution linking benefits back to the key business goals/challenges of the prospect.

  • Prepare written responses to RFP's, RFI's, and prospect inquiries.

  • Become a trusted advisor by providing healthcare thought leadership and innovative product demonstrations.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or technology

  2. 7 + of experience working in or with healthcare and WFM (workforce management) related technologies preferably in healthcare operations, pre-sales or consulting

  3. Proven presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver software demonstrations and training sessions

  4. Must reside in the US, ideally within the central region or east, with the ability to work remotely and travel 75% post-COVID

Preferred Requirements:

  • The ability to lead business level Workforce Management, Healthcare Scheduling, and Analytics conversations and document process

  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Situational awareness, creativity, innovation, adaptability and flexibility are all a must

  • Strong objection handling abilities

  • Working knowledge of Reflexis, Kronos, JDA, Ceridian, or similar systems commonly used in healthcare

  • English is required, business level fluency in Spanish or French-Canadian is a strong plus

Additional Physical/Environmental Requirements:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, etc.): Not daily, but possibly at customer site visits

  • The ability to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another

  • The ability to communicate with others to exchange information

  • The ability to repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers

  • Must be able to see color
