Centene Corporation Trainer I-Healthcare/Managed Care in Little Rock, Arkansas
Responsible for facilitating new hire and ad-hoc training for Enrollment Application/Process team under Medicaid and Market Place health plans.
Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for department staff
Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aids
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements to ensure departmental standards are met
Research, analyze and recommend external training programs
Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
Assist in reviewing audit trends in work performed by staff and present findings and recommendations for areas of improvement to management
Review and provide feedback to possible revisions to policy and procedures and/or work process development to ensure all gaps are filled
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
Knowledge and experience of adult learning theory, learning technologies and systems training highly preferred.
Experience working with Articulate, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint highly preferred.
Healthcare or health insurance knowledge preferred.
Once work from home orders have been lifted, this person will be required to work in the Little Rock, AR office.*
