What WE Need…
We’re in search of an experienced Healthcare Recruiter/ Staffing Specialist, with 3-5 years of proven recruiting success, who is knowledgeable, motivated and is a self-starter. Your outgoing personality, people skills and negotiation expertise will be valuable as a member of our Recruitment Department. If you enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced company that is growing exponentially, then this is the position for you.
This position is home based. Open for locations nationwide.

Who YOU Are…
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.
Experience and Knowledge:
Exceptional healthcare industry knowledge and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
Proven track record of successfully hiring talent to meet the needs of the company.
Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections.
Organized, highly motivated and possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Able to pivot.
Excellent oral and written skills and the ability to create effective job postings and informative email/ texting campaigns.
Ability to “think outside the box” to develop creative recruiting strategies.
Skillful at screening resumes and conducting preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate skills and arranging interviews with clinical supervisors.
Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of clinical management team.
Proven ability to design and execute targeted full-cycle recruiting campaigns.
Experience navigating Internet job boards: Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Facebook and others.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with effectively utilizing an applicant management system to track candidates.
Excellent candidate management techniques.
Ability to arrange and schedule administrative and clinical orientations.
Proven work ethics and ability to work remotely.
What YOU Will Do…
Work with hiring managers on recruiting requirements; develop and execute recruiting plans; network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees; coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives; efficiently and effectively fill open positions; maintain recruiting records in database.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; demonstrate knowledge of area facilities in order to successfully recruit appropriate candidates.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; build networks to find qualified passive candidates; post openings in newspaper advertisements, internet, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues; research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment; use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Conduct prescreening interviews; review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements; maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the ONR database; perform reference, background checks and license verifications; manage salary negotiations; write and forward rejection letters; assist in setting up interviewing and selection of employees onsite at facilities; prepare and send offer packages; arrange and schedule orientations.
Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition; develop working relationships within colleges or associations to aid in recruiting; give presentations at associations or colleges, attend association meetings, and increase awareness of the company before and after career events.
Meet productivity standards as set by department standards; attend departmental meetings.
Perform other tasks as requested; abide by all ONR policies and procedures.
