Philips Healthcare Solutions Project Manager in Madrid, Spain
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Design solutions based on performance data, first-hand review and analysis, customer feedback and industry best practices. You Identify performance improvement opportunities for Philips customers, and architects/design solutions to address customers’ needs using technologies and services from Philips and potentially external partners. You Develop the solution with other domain experts while matching the customer requirements. You apply expertise to the sales process concerning services and the level of effort in an engagement to assure customer success and positive business results.
You are responsible for:
Providing leadership in the selling effort to accurately estimate services & solutions offerings in the market.
Assessing client’s business, clinical and technical needs, business goals, performance and strategies as they pertain to our solution offerings
Executing on complex data-driven problem solving to address client’s operational, clinical and business needs
Applying domain expertise to the sales process concerning solutions & services and the level of effort in an engagement to assure customer success and positive business results
Independently, or as a member of a selling team, scopes implementation, integration and consulting services through an accurate task analysis and work effort estimate
Recommending additional services to add value to the customer’s solution offering along with the associated rationale and benefit.
Seeking and obtaining approvals for proposals according to the established authorization matrix. Assures financial transparency in projected deal margin.
Identifying engagement risk and initiates a mitigation plan for the client’s proposed solution.
Collaborating with sales representative to describe, defend and justify recommended levels of services.
Facilitates between different SME (subject matter experts) and sales to come to a strong solution & services architecture (with optimal efforts
Summarizing level of service required by clients and informing the delivery organization on these details.
Collaborating with Services in the Market delivery organization on capacity planning based on a qualified funnel. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Min. 10 years of project management in Healthcare industry
University degree (Telecommunication degree preferred)
Awareness of services delivery processes with a focus on Solution Design & Delivery/Project Management
A broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with specialized knowledge in relevant domain
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance
High-level professional demeanor and interpersonal communications skills;
Strong collaboration skills in a multinational environment
Fluent Spanish and good level of English are required
