Digital Solutions Director
When the company decides we can return to the office, the selected candidate must be available to report to an Anthem office if needed.
Responsible for supporting the growth and development of the digital reporting and analytics experience and strategies across markets. Leverage expertise in healthcare, data analytics, and technologies to support the organization’s business partners in the identification and deployment of innovative solutions to showcase value from business opportunities. Responsible for working with business partners to evaluate reporting and analytics concepts, opportunities and vendors to assess their value and how they best fit into the existing ecosystem of solutions.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital reporting strategy.
Lead business requirement discussions with IT partners to develop robust healthcare analytic reporting solutions
Eager to learn new analytics tools and capabilities
Innovate thinker that can ideate and solution beyond capabilities that are available today
Responsible for researching and evaluating new digital reporting and analytics market concepts/solutions and determining if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services.
Develop strategic roadmaps, competitive benchmark assessments, and identify or evaluate potential solutions that could support the market offer.
Work with business partners and foster multidisciplinary collaboration to both create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions that engage internal and external stakeholders and address their needs.
Partner with leaders and associates in the broader enterprise solutions organization to align priorities and strategies.
Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback.
Requires a BA/BS degree in related field, MBA or equivalent preferred; 10 years of product management experience in a highly strategic role as a product owner, including experience in analytic solution strategy, consultative data analytics and reporting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Highly knowledgeable in databases and analytic tools similar to the following: (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Power BI tools, etc.)
Experience in healthcare industry required.

Annual Salary Range*: $110,480 - $138,100
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
