KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.


  • Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards

  • Manage healthcare policies, project governance, and implementation of Medicare and/or Medicaid programs

  • Remain current on health policy landscape and trends to generate forward-looking, actionable insights

  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management

  • Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations

  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal response


  • A minimum of five years of federal healthcare policy experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or related field

  • Experience / specialized expertise in healthcare policies, governance, and Medicare and/or Medicaid programs

  • Experience directing and managing collaborative, team-based projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues

  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. Citizenship
