KPMG is currently seeking an Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex health policy research and analysis, including identifying policy questions, identifying and assessing findings from multiple policy sources, such as legislation, regulations, sub-regulatory guidance, and agency reports

  • Develop targeted policy insights and reportable conclusions

  • Collaborate with project team to develop policy strategies, communication strategies, specified project deliverables

  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development

  • Execute and manage multiple project tasks with a federal healthcare program

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of healthcare policy experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Public Policy; or related field

  • Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid policy programs preferred

  • Experience / knowledge of U.S. health policy, policy making processes, federal healthcare programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues

  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. Citizenship
