Bilingual (Spanish & English Fluent) - Automotive Service Advisor- Car Dealership- Paid Healthcare

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking Spanish and English Fluent Bilingual Service Advisors at our Hendrick Toyota Merriam dealership in Merriam, KS!

This is a very high-volume service drive with a growing Spanish speaking customer base. With more than enough opportunity to meet your financial needs, we are looking for candidates that can communicate with these important customers!

Candidates with experience working in service, hospitality or with previous sales experience have a history of performing extremely well in this position.

What our Service Advisors do:

  • Communicate with Spanish and English speaking clients/customers.

  • Meets dealership sales goals.

  • Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.

  • Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.

  • Offers additional services and repairs to customers.

  • Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.

  • Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.

  • Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer.
