Google Industry Manager, Healthcare, Large Customer Sales in Milan, Italy
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media specific industry.
Ability to speak and write in English and Italian fluently.
Experience collaborating and influencing across cross-functional teams to support business and customer objectives.
Experience in building client relationships within the media and advertising sectors.
Ability to deliver results under deadlines with excellent sales and consultative skills.
Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
Knowledge of and established relationships within the consumer healthcare industry and/or in one of the following industries: telco, utilities, consumer electronics, jobs portals.
Excellent analytical skills and Google product knowledge.

As an Industry Manager, you will partner Tech, Media and Entertainment, Telco, Jobs, Energy and Healthcare clients to help in their digitalization journey and succeed in their commercial objectives. You will do this with Google's advertising and technology capabilities, in full synergy with their agencies and partners.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Work collaboratively within a matrixed organization to drive growth for a named list of customers, mainly but not exclusively from the Healthcare industry, in order to meet your quarterly business targets and other KPIs.
Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to clients.
Be accountable for the construction and execution of joint business plans that define how we partner with clients to achieve pre-defined, time bound, and measurable goals for their business success.
Develop high-level relationships with our customers by partnering with them to understand their business and marketing objectives and help define where and how Google can play a role in achieving them.
Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers.
